Independence Broadcast Services, LLC is a full-service broadcast engineering and construction company. Our team of broadcast engineering professionals have managed, built, maintained, improved, and upgraded hundreds of stations in large and small markets throughout the United States. Our construction professionals have built hundreds of communications towers for broadcasters, cellular carriers, private companies, government agencies and municipalities.

The Independence Broadcast team specializes in the construction of difficult projects that leverage our significant knowledge, expertise, and industry relationships. Among its most recent projects, the Company completed the construction of a nine tower AM site in a floodplain, erected a 1,250 foot guyed tower, and completed a structural retrofit and 50 foot extension of an aging self-supporting tower. In each case, Independence Broadcast provided a unique solution and completed the project on time and on budget.

As a broadcast technical consultant, Independence Broadcast utilizes a broad based engineering approach to identify and implement technical modifications that create value for station owners. The Company analyzes each station from an overall technical perspective to identify opportunities to improve signal coverage, monetize or maximize underutilized assets, including broadcast spectrum, and reduce operating costs.

To date, the Independence Broadcast team has created value for our clients by capitalizing on a variety of technical opportunities, including upgrading FM and AM stations, adding on-channel boosters in underserved geographic areas, providing accommodations to upgrading stations, co-locating FM facilities, diplexing AM sites in order to monetize a station's land value, and upgrading stations to more energy-efficient equipment. Independence Broadcast has the real world experience and technical expertise needed to develop solutions that maximize the value of a station.
